We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays and some public holidays. Arrival dates or times are dependent on the courier partner and customer location.

We are not responsible for damage post-delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hrs. of delivery.
